Google Supports China’s Censorship
I sure hope that this story of Google caving into China’s demand to have their censorship enforced makes as much fuss as their refusal to provide child pornography related searches to the DOJ. On one hand, you have them quoting their “Don’t be Evil” motto and using that to justify everything that they do. So how is it that they justify assisting China in their attempt to heavily censor the internet.
Michelle Malkin is collecting new Google logo’s in protest of the Google deal. My favorite is the search text:
tiananmen square massacre
and then the google:
Did you mean: please come arrest me take me to re-education camp

I think the lesson here is Don’t Have a Stupid Company Motto. Or just change it to “Follow The Money.”
