New York Times Goes After Sealed Adoption Records
In what seems to be consistent with the paper’s history, the New York Times has apparently pursued the adoption records for Supreme Court Nominee Roberts. And the backlash has been strong. Personally, I am not surprised. This reminds me of the Bork stuff where reports were able to obtain the list of movies that Robert Bork (and family) had rented. But obviously this is much more serious than movie rentals. I just hope the liberals are right to fear him sitting on the court.
