FOXNews.com - Terrorists Strike London With Series of Blasts - This once again is a dark and sad day. While my prayers are with those directly affected by this, I also pray that those in Great Britian will not take the same knee-jerk reaction that those in Spain did. In Spain the reaction was, “okay, okay… we’ll elect someone who will remove our troops from Iraq.” They allowed terrorism to work. I expect better from those in the UK.
“It’s important, however, that those engaged in terrorism realize that our determination to defend our values and our way of life is greater than their determination to cause death and destruction to innocent people and a desire to impose extremism on the world,” an emotional Blair told the world.
“Whatever they do, it is our determination that they will never succeed destroying what we hold dear in this country and in other civilizations in the world.”
That’s the kind of determination I am looking for and I hope to see in the face of this horrible act.
