Another great site — Overlawyered
Just poking around for something totally unrelated and I found Overlawyered.com, a great site related to:
…an American legal system that too often turns litigation into a weapon against guilty and innocent alike, erodes individual responsibility, rewards sharp practice, enriches its participants at the public’s expense, and resists even modest efforts at reform and accountability.
I don’t think I could agree more. There are frequent updates on legal system abuses and even some interesting tid-bits about judicial nominees like this one about Justice Brown.
