Clark Howard Says What I have been Saying
Even before Grayson was born, Becky and I have been complaining about Target’s return policies. We’ve written letters, we changed our shopping habits, and we’ve told our friends. Now, we find that Clark Howard is now also noting how terrible Target’s return policies are in the section of his show notes entitled “Hot toys and return policies”. My favorite quote from him is “Target is actually suffering because it has one of the most mean-spirited policies of any company.” You can whine all you want about Walmart and get on the anti-Walmart bandwagon that seems to be popular right now. But the least you can say for them is that they provide great customer service when it comes to returns. That’s one of the big reasons why we shop at Walmart more and more despite the crowds and long lines.
