Jean-Francois Revel’s “Anti-Americanism”
This article claims to be a book review of Jean-Francois Revel’s “Anti-Americanism”, but the review is so long I felt like I have read the entire book. Essentially, the author of the article (John Parker of the Asia Times) was so overcome with excitement that he used the book’s excellent points throughout his article to essentially create a long essay on Anti-Americanism and why it is so hypocritical and nonsensical. It’s a long read but really drives home some great points about the US position in the world. I’d really like to read the book, but like I said… I feel like I’ve already read it.
