Company Policy and Religious Beliefs

I found an interesting story about a man who won a suite against AT&T regarding discrimination. He fought AT&T’s company policy that required him to “value” and “hold in esteem” the alternative lifestyle and religious beliefs of others. After a drawn out legal battle, he essentially got back his salary. It sounded like he didn’t even get much to cover legal costs… wonder if the Rutherford Institue is demanding to be paid for their services?
