Baby Soul
The other day while chatting in the lunch room at work some of the parents were discussing The Baby Einstein Company - Baby Videos, Toys, Books and Music. Essentially, for those not in the know… the Baby Einstein people have made a fortune off of video taping toys and various amusements with synthesized classical musical. As simple and low budget as these videos are, babies and toddlers love them. Describing this to a coworker it dawned on me that it would funny to have some other motifs besides classical. Imagine a “Baby Soul” or “Baby Pickett” that featured songs by James Brown or Wilson Pickett. During “Mustang Sally” they could have little toy cars going by on the screen. I am officially claiming this as my idea!
