eBay Junkie
Lately, I’ve become quite the ebay junkie. Not for buying stuff mind you, but rather for selling. After selling the commodore for over $50, I decided to list a lot more stuff. One of the things I chose to sell — after seeing some ads for similar stuff — was my Atlanta Braves Rare Red Jersey Adult XL. I got the idea of using the word “rare” from another advertisement when I looked to see how much I might get for it when I listed it. The exciting part is this — I paid $8 for the shirt at T.J. Maxx on clearance. I wore it to a game. I washed it. Then I just sold it for $71 plus $6 for shipping/handling. That was enough to really get me hooked, so this week Becky and I have put a ton of stuff on there. We’ll see how it goes. So far this week seems to be going rather slowly.
